  • Which delivery methods can I choose?

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Expedited Shipping
If you select Expedited Shipping, your order is protected against loss during transit.
In the event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a reshipment or a refund, based on your preference.

Standard / Free Shipping
Orders placed using Free Shipping or Priority Processing are also eligible for reshipment if the package is confirmed lost during transit.

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.

The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time Estimated 11-25 working days.

Please ensure you provide a detailed delivery address (street number is required). Otherwise our customer service team will notify you. This may delay shipping.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

  • What if my order arrives and it doesn't fit me?

Don't worry we got your back! Just reach out our dedicated customer service team at service@softgoy.com and we will make sure that you can exchange your items to the size needed.

  • How do I wash my product?

You can check the labels on the product detail page.

  • I received my item damaged, what now?

Rest assured, instances of products arriving damaged are extremely rare, thanks to our rigorous quality control measures conducted by our trained warehouse staff prior to shipping. However, should such an unlikely event occur, please send us a photo of the damage by getting in contact with our support staff. Simply send an e-mail to service@softgoy.com. We will promptly dispatch a replacement at no extra cost, prioritizing your shipment.

  • Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted production partners around the world. orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse.

  • Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Your personal data is processed securely, and we never store your full credit card details.
