We offer a 30 Night Risk-Free Trial on eligible products, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you’re not satisfied.

Returns
- Returns must be initiated within30 days of receiving your item.
- Eligible items must be either unused and in their original packaging, or used and washed before returning.
- Returns submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse and approved as eligible.
- Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- If you opt for store credit, a gift card will be automatically emailed once your return is marked as delivered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, do not submit a return via the portal. Instead:
- Email our team at service@softgoy.com with a clear photo of the issue.
- We’ll assess the item and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
